Medgaz tenders out
Tenders were issued to prequalified companies at the end of January for two contracts on the estimated Eur 630 million ($762 million) subsea section of the Medgaz pipeline from Algeria to Spain. Five companies have been invited to submit bids by mid-March for the contract to supply line pipe to the client, Medgaz, and four have until April to bid for the contract to supply turbine driven compressors.
