Naftec bidding extended

Naftec, the refining subsidiary of state energy company Sonatrach, has extended the deadline for the submission of technical bids for the rehabilitation and upgrade of three refineries as part of a $400 million modernisation programme. Bids are now due in mid-April for the rehabilitation of instrumentation systems at the Arzew refinery and mid-June for the rehabilitation of the Algiers and Skikda refineries.
