Production begins on MLN field
Burlington Resourcesof the US and Canada's Talisman Energyon 7 July announced the start-up of oil production from the Menzel Lejmat North (MLN) permit in the Berkine basin. Initial gross output was 14,000 barrels a day (b/d), expected to rise to 33,000 b/d by the end of the year.
