Tech bids in for Arzew boiler work

State-energy company Sonatrach has received technical bids from four international contractors for an estimated $120 million-150 million contract to supply and install four 400-tonne-an-hour boiler units for its GL1Z and GL2Z gas liquefaction plants at Arzew.
