Technical bids in for Tiaret refinery
Technical bids are under evaluation at state-owned energy company Sonatrach for a concession to take a 35 per cent equity stake in a new project company to build a 300,000-barrel-a-day grassroots refinery at Tiaret. Sonatrach will take the remaining 65 per cent stake. About six companies submitted bids in mid-May.
