AEC launches another desal tender

Algerian Energy Company (AEC)has launched a tender for a 50,000-cubic-metre-a-day (cm/d) desalination plant at Jijel, to be built on a build-own-operate (BOO) basis. Interested companies have until 18 October to submit technical offers for the project, which will employ reverse osmosis technology.
