Bidders line up for Hamma
Eight companies are preparing to submit bids by 29 January for the revised Hamma desalination plant, which is intended to provide Algiers with a regular supply of water regardless of climatic conditions. A bid extension is possible, to give the candidates more time to prepare their bids.
