Desalination tech bids in
Algerian Energy Company (AEC) opened in early April technical offers to build the El-Tarf, Cap Blanc and Tenes seawater desalination plants. AEC will invite commercial offers once evaluation of the technical proposals is complete (MEED 24:3:06).
