Guelma wastewater work under way
Earthworks have begun on the 32,000-cubic-metre-a-day wastewater treatment plant in Guelma in the northeast. The Eur 13 million ($17 million) contract for the turnkey design, construction and two-year operation of the facility, signed in September, is being carried out by a joint venture of the UK's Biwaterand the local Inter Entreprise.
