OCI/Besix win Hamma desal plant
A joint venture of Egypt's Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) and Belgium's Besix has received a letter of intent (LoI) from Hamma Water Desalination (HWD) for the design and build contract on its planned 200,000-cubic-metre-a-day desalination plant near Algiers.
