Power plant bids opened
Algerian Energy Company (AEC)opened technical offers on 16 February for the post of foreign partner in the project company to build, own and operate a 1,200-MW combined cycle electricity plant at Hadjret Ennous, in the Tipasa region. Two companies, Canada's SNCLavalinand Germany's Siemens, are competing for the role.
