Skikda project company formed
The project company to develop the Skikda seawater desalination plant was formed on 12 July, following the signing of an association agreement between the client Algerian Energy Company (AEC) and Geida- a four-strong Spanish consortium led by Cobra Instalaciones & Servicios- which won the 25-year build-own-operate (BOO) contract in April.
