Solar deadline extended

The deadline for commercial bids for the build-own-operate (BOO) contract to develop an 180-MW solar hybrid power plant at Hassi R'Mel has been put back to 15 May. Two Spanish companies are competing for the contract: Abener, part of Abengoa, and Cobra Instalaciones y Servicios.
