Sonelgaz seeks advice
State power company Sonelgaz has invited international companies to submit technical bids by 5 June for a six-month contract to advise it on the creation of an electricity market. Commercial offers will be submitted once technical evaluation is complete. The scope of works covers the first phase of a two-stage process, and will involve drawing up regulations and procedures for the electricity market and organising a market operator.
