Tech bids opened for refinery desal
Naftec, the refining subsidiary of state oil company Sonatrach, on 7 July opened technical offers from four international companies for the construction of a 10,000-cubic-metre-a-day desalination plant at Skikda. The four firms are France's Sidem, Entropie- the French arm of the UK's Weir Group, Italy's AsterGroupand Germany's MAN-Ferrostaal. Naftec says commercial offers will be opened in September ...
