The General Civil Aviation Authority of UAE (GCAA) achieved five ISO Certifications for its Integrated Management System: International Standards of Quality Management ISO 9001:2008, Environmental Management ISO 14001:2004, Occupational Health and Safety OHSAS 18001:2007, integrating Information Security ISO 27001:2005 and IT Service Management 20000:2005 which were developed in compliance with the requirement of PAS 99:2006.
