Mubadala Aerospace, through its subsidiary Horizon Flight Academy (Horizon), announced at the Dubai Airshow a joint venture (JV) with Abu Dhabi Aviation (ADA) to establish an advanced flight training facility in the emirate dedicated to serving global commercial and defense customers.
