Press Release: PrivComm announces the launch of the expression of interest phase for the privatisation of Kuwait Airways
The Privatisation Committee of Kuwait Airways (PrivComm) is pleased to announce the launch of the initial expression of interest phase of the privatisation of Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC). The privatisation will take place through the establishment of Kuwait Airways Company K.S.C. (KACNew), and the subsequent transfer of all identified assets, liabilities, rights and benefits from KAC to KACNew.
