The UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has signed a memorandum of understanding and an air services agreement with Croatia. The agreements allow full flexibility on the routes and unrestricted non-scheduled operations between the two countries. The UAE designated Emirates Airline, Etihad Airways, Air Arabia, RAK Airways and FlyDubai as national airlines under the agreement.
