Press Release: UAE signs air services agreement with Ukraine

The United Arab Emirates represented by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has signed an Agreed Minutes and initialed an Air Services Agreement (ASA) with the Government of Ukraine in Abu Dhabi on 13 October 2011. The agreement was initialed by Mr. Omar Bin Ghaleb, Deputy Director General of the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and Mr. Dmytro Babeichuk, Director for the Air Navigation and Foreign Relations Department, State Aviation Administration of Ukraine.
