An increase in demand has triggered the increase in flights
Ukraine International Airlines has increased its flights to Abu Dhabi from Kiev to five times a week from just three flights.
The airline first launched the route in September 2009 and has now increased the number of flights to Abu Dhabi due to high demand on the route and bilateral trade between the two countries, according to a statement from the Abu Dhabi Airports Company.
