Siemens wins rail contract
A consortium of Germany's Siemens and the local Estel was awarded in late July a $55.7 million contract for the supply and installation of safety and telecommunications systems for the Tebessa-Ain M'Lila and Gue de Constantine-Oued Smar railway lines.
