South Korea’s Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction with Kuwaiti contractor Mutajer al-Khaleej United General Trading & Contracting Company is the low bidder for two contracts covering the design, supply and installation of distilled water treatment units at the Doha East and Al-Zour South power and water plants.
