Stroytransgaz signs Iraq pipeline deal

Russian oil and gas construction firm Stroytransgaz has signed a preliminary deal with the Iraq North Oil Company to resurrect an oil export pipeline from Kirkuk to Syria's Mediterranean terminal at Banias.
