Etihad and Oman Air strike frequent flyer deal

Etihad Airways and Oman Air have signed an agreement allowing passengers of either airline to use loyalty schemes.

In future, passengers will be able to accrue points and air miles on their respective loyalty schemes, Etihad Guest and Sindbad.

Etihad customers will then be able to redeem their miles on Oman Air and vice versa.

The two airlines say they expect high demand for the initiative among their passengers, as the Middle East aviation networks continue to expand rapidly and customer growth continues to rise.
