Qatar to issue bonds in attempt to stem inflation

The Central Bank of Qatar is planning to issue bonds to soak up excess liquidity in the economy in an attempt to stem double-digit inflation, according to Sheikh Abdullah bin Saud al-Thani, the central bank governor.
