French engineering consultancy Sogreahhas announced the creation of a Dubai-based subsidiary, Sogreah Gulf, aimed at expanding its activities in the GCC. The focus of the new subsidiary will be the provision of consultancy services to European contractors working in the hydrocarbons industry. Sogreah already has a Cairo-based subsidiary, called Sogreah Middle East.
