Firm will build 1,393 townhouses
Abu Dhabi-based Trojan General Contracting has been awarded a AED1.4bn ($381m) contract to build 1,393 houses in Dubai.
The contract involves building three- and four-bedroom Mira Oasis Townhouses at second phase of Emaar Properties Reem development. The project is subdivided into three plots and will have different types of houses.
Trojan says construction work started in March 2016 and is expected to be completed by end of third quarter 2018. The contractor also says its subsidiaries, Reem Emirates Aluminium, Hi-Tech, Phoenix, Royal Advance and Al-Maha will work on the project.
