Abu Dhabi developer teams up with MGM and Rubicon for theme parks

Local developer Sorouh Real Estate has signed an agreement with US-based Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios (MGM) and Rubicon, also of the US, to develop entertainment projects within Sorouh’s real estate portfolio. The first project, still in the planning stages, will be a large-scale entertainment destination in Abu Dhabi.

Sorouh is one of the largest real estate developers in the emirate and is working on a variety of multi-billion dollar projects in Abu Dhabi including Al-Ghadeer near to the Dubai border and Shams Abu Dhabi on Reem island.
