Hotels in Abu Dhabi are discounting room rates by as much as 15% to lure customers, reported The National. Last year hotels in the emirate were able to charge a premium because of a shortage of rooms, but observers say a slowdown in business tourism has curbed demand, prompting hotels to cut their rates.
