Lee Tabler tells MEED's Abu Dhabi Conference: "Reprioritisation needs to be looked at in association with the government for pure tourism projects, which are hard to finance commercially.
"We need to decide which hotel projects need to move full speed ahead compared to non-commercial projects.
“Projects we have announced will be completed; some that are not announced will be slowed down.
“This is due to limitations in staff and the fact that debt markets are now more limited than in the past.”
Tabler also confirms that plans for Guggenhein and Louvre museums in the Cultural District of Saadiyat Island will go ahead.
