Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) is set to launch the second phase of the Electronic Student Information System (eSIS) in the school year 2011-2012. The second phase of eSIS will introduce the student behaviour profile that contains information about student participation in school activities as well as any violation of the school code of conduct. This year, ADEC will electronically connect EMSA test results to student files using eSIS. Moreover, students with special needs who have been integrated into Abu Dhabi schools will be supported through eSIS by assessing their needs and progress and identifying the role of classroom assistants.
