Contractors have been invited to express interest by 8 April in the project, which will be built on site of the current Adnoc headquarters at the intersection of the corniche road and Bainunah street. The existing buildings will be demolished to make way for the new complex.
The scheme, which has been designed as an iconic landmark for Abu Dhabi, includes an office tower, podium and atrium, basement parking areas, underground parking blocks, and an underground tunnel connecting the office tower with the underground parking block. The total built-up area is expected to be about 190,000 square metres.
