The deal will last for a five-year period
Kuwait-based logistics company Agility has won a $17m deal to provide fourth party logistics warehousing management for Al-Khafji in Saudi Arabia.
The deal will last for five years and Agility will provide on-site warehousing management and operation services including receiving, storing and transferring materials to different units in Al-Khafji.
Under the contract, Agility will also have to maintain the yards and warehouses and be involved with the documentation and inventory assistance.
Al-Khafji Joint Operations (KJO) is owned and operated by Kuwait Gulf Oil Company (KSC) and Aramco Gulf Operations Company (AGOC). KJO carries out onshore and offshore activities related to the exploration and drilling for oil and gas in the divided zone.
