Al-Duaa launches Jumeirah Village development

21 May 2008
The local property developer Al-Duaa Holdings has launched a AED240m ($65m) residential project in Jumeirah Village, the Nakheel development located near Dubai Marina.

The 10-floor building, which covers 26,000 square metres will be a mixed-use project, with residential and retail space.

Designed by the local Dimension Engineering Consultants, the development features 146 units incorporating studio, one and two-bedroom apartments and lofts.

Al-Duaa is planning to launch another development on The World later in 2008.

Previous projects that have been launched within the Jumeirah Village development include the local Al-Faraa Properties townhouse project called Mulberry Mansions, and the Rotating Tower and Wave Business Towers. Dimension Engineering is also the consultant for the latter two projects (MEED 19:10:07).
