10 January 2003
Bids are due to be submitted by 18 February for the main package on the proposed Al-Fattan Towers project in Dubai (MEED 11:10:02).

The contract also includes the construction of a four-storey podium and a three-level underground car park. The facilities, to be located on Jumeirah Beach, will take about two years to build.

The project is estimated to cost AED 270 million-300 million ($73 million-82 million). The consultant is Canada's Norr Group Consultants International. The client is the local Al-Fattan Properties.
