Project involves building a 36-storey tower
The local Al-Habtoor Group has invited contractors to prequalify for the contract to a hotel development on Sheikh Zayed road in Dubai.
Known as the Al-Habtoor Palace II project, the scheme involves building two basement levels, a ground floor, mezzanine and four level podium with a 36-storey tower with a total built-up area of about 372,000 square metres.
The tower will comprise a 226-room luxury hotel, a fashion hotel with 424 rooms, and a 996-room main hotel.
The consultant is Lebanon’s Khatib & Alami.
