The firm submitted a bid of KD10.4m ($35m) for the engineering, procurement and construction of the Ashbelia Centre in Kuwait.
The second lowest bidder was the local Abdul Rahman al-Bishr & Sons Company with KD10.65m. The third lowest bid was the local Khalid Ali al-Kharafi & Brothers Company.
Nine firms bid for the work in total. The bidding process closed on 25 January.
The Public Works Ministry is the client.
