Known as Ain al-Faydah, the project will combine healthcare and leisure with a mix of tourism, residential, recreation and retail elements. The healthcare services will include a rehabilitation centre and education facilities. Al-Qudra Real Estate is a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based Al-Qudra Holdings.
