Resort will be built along 290 metres of waterfront in UAE emirate
The Al-Zorah Development Company has invited eight contractors to submit bids by 17 January for the contract to build a five-star hotel at its development in Ajman.
Located across an area of over 100,000 square metres, along 290 metres of waterfront, the hotel will have 154 individual rooms, private suites, and villas together with four restaurants and a spa.
The architects are Italy’s Piero Lissoni and Canada’s Norr Group.
The Zorah development is a masterplanned project covering an area of 5.4 million sq m and has 12 kilometres of waterfront. The developer says the contract for the infrastructure works has been awarded, and the work on the road linking the project with Emirates Road has been completed.
