Abu Dhabi-based developer Aldar Properties plans to launch another project at Yas Island during the Cityscape event in the UAE’s capital in April.

The company, the largest listed developer by market capitalisation on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, already has several residential, hospitality and retail developments on Yas Island.

Aldar declined to give details on the size or value of the scheme when contacted by local press, saying it will announce updates shortly before the Cityscape event.

The local Reem Investments and the state-owned Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), will also showcase their developments in the city’s Saadiyat Island during the property show.
