The Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) has signed a contract with Annan Housing Company for the development of a fully integrated residential complex for technicians and bachelor workers in Jeddah 2nd industrial city. The project includes more than 1200 housing units to accommodate over 5000 technicians and workers.
