The complex will cover three million square feet and will be fully operational in 2009.
In addition to the specialised service centre, the facility will have a warehouse.
Arabian Automobiles is hoping to use the complex as a base for extending operations throughout the UAE.
A subsidiary of Dubai’s AW Rostamami Group, Arabian Automobiles is the exclusive dealer for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault vehicles in Dubai and the northern Emirates.
In 2006, the UAE’s automotive industry was estimated to be worth $4.9bn.
Arabian Automobiles estimates that the industry will grow by 23 per cent between 2007 and 2010.
The Dubai Chamber of Commerce estimated that the UAE’s car finance market was worth $2.3bn in 2006.
