Arabian Construction Company wins Burj Dubai towers contract

Lebanon’s Arabian Construction Company (ACC) has been awarded the estimated AED815m ($222m) contract to build residential towers at the Downtown Burj Dubai development.

The work involves the construction of residential towers on plots 50 to 53, with a total built-up area of 145,000 square metres. The contract duration is 26 months.

The local Arif & Bintoak is the consultant. The client is local developer Emaar Properties.
