Arabtec shares gain on Bahrain expansion

The local Dubai market DFM added after a rollercoaster trading day 0.29% higher at 1,744.26. Sharees of Dubai-based construction firm Arabtec gained 1.78%, finishing at Dhs2.29. Earlier in the day Arabtec announced that together with Musawa Holding from Bahrain it has establish a construction firm in Bahrain called Arabtex-Musawa. Musawa operates in various business fields such as food and beverage, architecture or interiour design. Traded value at the DFM declined 34% to Dhs154.92 while 78.36m shares (down 32%) changed hands.
