Al Shafar General Contracting has announced the completion of its Dhs200m ($54.4m) residential tower in Dubailand. With a total built up area of 27,501 sq m, the Dubailand Tower comprises 16 floors in addition to the ground floor and two basements. It contains 132 apartments ranging from 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. It also offers a choice of six luxurious penthouses located on the 15th and 16th floors.
