The company beat off competition from Kellogg Brown & Root of the US with Kharafi International of Kuwait, and Mushrif Trading & Contracting, also of Kuwait, to take the award.
The client, Defence Estates - part of the UK's Ministry of Defence - is also preparing to invite bids for the contract to erect temporary accommodation and camp facilities for up to 500 soldiers in the southern city of Amara (MEED 10:10:03).
