Companies have until 8 May to submit expressions of interest with full bidding to follow.
The winning business must build two breakwaters and platforms for handling oil products. The facilities will be used by ARC, a subsidiary of Tripoli’s National Oil Corporation, which is seeking to expand its export capacity.
Submissions will be subject to technical, financial and commercial assessments before a list of prequalified construction groups is selected.
