In a statement made after a meeting between the President of the Civil Aviation and the director of the British Airwayson 2 September, SPA announced that, 'The inspection visits made by the experts in the two countries have proved that the security measures at Saudi airports surpass even the international standards as per Chicago Treaty pertaining to the security of aviation.'
