Bahrain TRA: Internet services now stable

Bahrain's Telecoms Regulatory Authority (TRA) has said that repairs of the Falcon submarine cable service have been completed and that internet services across the kingdom have been confirmed stable. The cable is one of the current four diverse physical telecom routes that connect the kingdom to the rest of the world and the incident resulted in lower browsing experience during peak hours for some users. The fault was confirmed to be a damaged fibre off the coast of Dubai, TRA said.
